Growing up as a young man Michael spent the start of his career studying to become a civil engineer, he graduated as a civil engineer in 1999.
In his spare time he was a soccer man and played for a team in Lebanon. In this sports club Michael opened his very first business, it was a little cafe that Michael enjoyed very much. He fell in love with cooking and food. He spent the next 3 years growing this business into a great establishment.
An opportunity arose for Michael to take over a run down Cafe that needed some love and care – Michael went into the Rebuilding stage of his career, he had taken 3 run down Cafe’s in Lebanon and turned them into a profitable business. He did 1 project each year and sold each one.
