In 2006, we prepared the first Structure Plan for Croydon.
A lot has happened since then. We are now checking back in with the community to review and update the Plan to ensure it is in line with current social, environmental and economic challenges and opportunities.
As part of the Structure Plan process, we’ve prepared a Discussion Paper to explore future opportunities for the Croydon Major Activity Centre. These include housing, businesses, environment, urban design, transport, and community infrastructure opportunities.
