How it started
Bennett started his Business In Croydon Main Street in 2016, being around local players and athletes, Tucker saw a lack of service for the industry for Exercise Physiology and Strength and Conditioning Training – Tucker Strength and Performance was made.
Excercising Physiology can help treat Obesity, Osteoarthritis, diabetes, cancer treatment, cardiovascular disease and many more, the Strength and Conditioning is not just the injury/condition of an athlete is is athlete performance as a whole.

Bennett sponsors Croydon Ranges Cricket Club and use to work with Sandringham Dragons team in NAB League with elite AFL under 19 competition.
Bennett and his Wife Melissa Live here in Croydon and have an adorable 18 month old girl called Daisy. Melissa also works local as a Teacher here in Croydon.
In his spare time Bennett loves taking his Mastercraft Boat to Waranga Basin to do some Wakeboarding & Water Skiing. He is an active member of the Water Skiing Assocation.
